Main parts of vacuum coating unit are vacuum chamber, vacuum pump and electrical cabinet. Vacuum chamber is made by stainless steel and size can be custom made. As for vacuum pump, we choose Chinese reliable brand for high efficiency vacuum pumping. Control system we choose Mitsubishi PLC for all actions.

Stainless steel door hardware can be coated directly. Popular door hardware PVD colors has gold, rose gold, gray and black. Each vacuum coating cycle time is 15-30 minutes. Whole vacuum coating process will be taught by Foshan Jinxinsheng Vacuum Equipment.
